5+ years experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering roles.
Expert in SQL, with experience querying large complex datasets on modern cloud data platforms (experience with Databricks is advantageous).
Comprehensive knowledge of data warehousing best practices, including dimensional data modeling (star schema) and ETL/ELT processes.
Practical hands-on experience with LLM-based AI tools (e.g., Claude) and understanding of conversational AI evaluation methods.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
Solid understanding of data governance and familiarity with data catalog tools (e.g., Atlan).
Ability to independently manage complex projects like roadmaps and PoCs.
Fluency in Polish and English languages.

Responsible for the entire analytical lifecycle of the solution from requirements definition to release and adoption.
Build and refine mechanisms to measure AI response quality, including defining key metrics and curating Q&A datasets.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and implement robust data models (star schema) and propose data quality checks.
Support deployment processes and act as a key partner translating business needs to technical requirements.
Lead and validate Proof-of-Concept projects for new AI use cases.
Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to the AI stack, including LLMs such as Claude and BI connectors.
