Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET/Desktop/Web)

Spyrosoft is hiring for a team responsible for developing and maintaining business applications supporting HR processes for a leading provider of ERP and HR solutions in the Polish market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field is a plus.
• 4–5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET 4, .NET Framework, .NET Core).
• Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications using WinForms and/or WPF.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience working with React or another modern front-end framework.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience modernizing desktop applications and migrating to web-based solutions.
• Understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in writing unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Knowledge of application security principles and data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Experience working with ERP, HR, or payroll systems.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework, SignalR, REST API, Web API, and microservices architecture.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of the MVVM pattern and best practices for WPF development.
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflow.

• Develop, maintain, and modernize desktop applications built on the .NET platform (WinForms/WPF).
• Develop and contribute to web-based interfaces using JavaScript and React.
• Design, optimize, and maintain data models and database queries using SQL.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and fellow engineers.
• Participate in technical decision-making and deliver high-quality solutions.
