Analityk IT - Senior

PZU Tech S.A. is hiring for the role of Senior IT Analyst responsible for business analysis and requirement detailing for the NABC project. The role involves preparing detailed backlog, analytical documentation including business and functional requirements, user stories with acceptance criteria, and creating diagrams and models illustrating business processes, data flows, and system integrations.

• Higher education degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst in a development team, including at least 2 years in the insurance or financial industry
• Process modeling skills (e.g., UML, user story mapping)
• Requirement documentation skills (e.g., BPMN)
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit and decompose functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and data modeling issues
• Understanding of object-oriented programming basics and core data processing methods (batch processing/workqueue, messaging/queues)
• Familiarity with system integration patterns (synchronous and asynchronous)
• Knowledge of JSON and schema-avro
• Familiarity with the concept of documentation as code
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level (reading documentation, communicating with vendors)

Nice to have:

• Experience as an analytics team leader or senior analyst
• Skills in designing graphical user interfaces in Figma
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI
• Certifications: IREB Advanced, BABOK (CBAP), or other system analysis certificates
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (RODO/GDPR, Solvency II, DORA)
