Java Fullstack Developer (k/m)

OLIMP is a strategic transformation program of the PZU Group, combining business and technology to create a modern ecosystem for claims and benefits handling based on data, automation, AI, and workflow processes. It aims to set new standards for customer service in the Polish insurance market and is one of the largest projects in Central and Eastern Europe, involving experts from various specializations.

• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience.
• Good knowledge of Java and Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
• Practical knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Web Components and Module Federation.
• Experience in creating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Ability to write backend and frontend tests.
• Knowledge of Git, code review, and CI/CD.
• Basic knowledge of web application security.
• Ability to work with logs and diagnose problems.
• Responsible use of AI tools in development with data security and manual verification.
• English proficiency to use technical documentation.
• Independence and responsibility in tasks.
• Service provision on the territory of Poland.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, or Spring Security.
• Experience with Backend for Frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of Kafka and monitoring and log analysis tools.
• Experience with authentication systems.
• Ability to create effective AI tool contexts and instructions and knowledge of AI model limitations.
• Experience in financial or regulated environments.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
• Develop frontend components using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Work with Web Components and Module Federation.
• Write backend and frontend tests.
• Use Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux for containerization and deployment.
• Use Git, participate in code reviews, and use CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with logs to diagnose problems.
• Use AI tools responsibly for development with data security and manual verification of generated code.
