Fullstack Developer

PeopleTrust Sp. z o.o. is developing secure and modern web and integration solutions, focusing on backend in Java/Spring and frontend in Angular, working with microfrontend architecture.

• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience in development
• Good knowledge of Java
• Good knowledge of Spring Framework/Spring Boot
• Practical experience with Angular
• Good knowledge of TypeScript
• Knowledge of RxJS
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with Web Components
• Experience with Module Federation
• Experience designing and creating REST APIs
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Practical knowledge of Docker
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Linux environment
• Experience writing backend and frontend tests
• Knowledge of Git
• Experience in code review
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Basic knowledge of web application security
• Ability to work with logs and diagnose problems
• Practical and responsible use of AI tools supporting development
• Awareness of data security issues when using AI
• Ability to independently verify AI-generated code
• English language skills sufficient for using technical documentation
• Self-reliance and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Ability to provide services from the territory of Poland
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model—minimum 1 day per week in the office in Warsaw

• Develop backend systems using Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• Develop frontend applications using Angular
• Create solutions with TypeScript and RxJS
• Design and develop microfrontends
• Work with Web Components and Module Federation
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Build integrations with other systems
• Implement secure user authentication mechanisms
• Work with relational databases and SQL
• Write unit, integration, and frontend tests
• Participate in code reviews
• Maintain code quality, security, and readability
• Diagnose issues in test and production environments
• Analyze logs and resolve technical problems
• Support deployment processes
• Estimate work and system changes
• Reduce technical debt progressively
• Use approved AI tools for code analysis, test creation, documentation, and problem diagnosis
• Independently verify results generated by AI tools
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and DevOps teams

• Work services must be performed from the territory of Poland
• Minimum 1 day per week in the office in Warsaw required
