Senior Java Developer

PeopleTrust Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a strategic technological project focused on building and developing a modern system supporting claims processing. The project uses a microservice architecture and involves large-scale systems with high transaction volumes. The interdisciplinary team includes roles such as Lead Business Analyst, Technical Leader, Proxy Product Owner, business and system analysts, developers, and automation testers working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Apache Kafka
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Spring / Hibernate
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SQL
• Experience creating unit tests using JUnit, TestNG, or Spock
• Knowledge of integration testing tools including Testcontainers and WireMock
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with Functional Programming (FP)
• Experience with containerization of applications
• Knowledge of process engines and BPMN notation
• Knowledge of resilience patterns and mechanisms in distributed systems
• Knowledge of Angular and experience developing frontend applications
• Practical use of AI tools in software development
• Knowledge of tools for diagnostics and performance analysis
• Experience with microservice architecture
• Experience in creating and integrating APIs
• Ability to provide services from Poland
• Willingness to work hybrid with at least 1 day per week in the Warsaw office
