Senior DevOps Engineer – API Platform

DCG is a recruitment company engaged in multiple recruitment projects for its partners, employing a management style and partnership approach focused on continuous support.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, preferably including AWS EKS
• Practical experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Good knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Experience with Ansible and automation of operational tasks
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Splunk, or similar
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of infrastructure provisioning, deployment automation, and cloud-native environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a senior engineering role
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with technical teams in an international environment
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Kong Gateway or other API gateway implementations

• Automate infrastructure provisioning for API gateways, including EKS-based environments, using Terraform
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for API deployments and configuration changes
• Support infrastructure migration, automation, and environment improvements
• Set up and improve monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Manage containerized deployments and Kubernetes-based environments
• Support the development and maintenance of infrastructure for the new API Catalogue Portal
• Work closely with platform, engineering, and integration teams to ensure stable, scalable, and secure API platform operations
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and platform-related issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices, automation standards, and operational reliability
