Senior Digital Workspace Engineer (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Agents) (K/M)

• Several years of experience in administration, design, and development of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrations with business systems.
• Interest and practical experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents in enterprise environments.
• Ability to design secure solutions compliant with architectural, cybersecurity, GDPR, and financial sector regulations.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and translating them into technological solutions.
• Skilled in task automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and low-code tools.
• Capable of independent problem diagnosis and decision-making in critical situations.
• Effective communication skills with internal clients and collaboration with architecture, security, compliance, and product teams.
• Team player familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficient in English (B2) to utilize technical documentation and collaborate with technology providers.

• Design, implement, and develop solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
• Maintain and develop the digital workspace platform for over 6,000 employees, ensuring availability, security, and compliance.
• Define and implement standards for AI usage, agents, automation, and low-code solutions, including governance and SDLC/ALM principles.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, cybersecurity, and AI Competence Center for digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze new technologies and deploy innovative solutions to improve employee efficiency and business processes.
