Data Engineer (k/m)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o. is part of the Pentacomp Group, which has been providing IT solutions and technology services for nearly 30 years to major enterprises and public sector institutions. They execute projects supporting the digital transformation of clients by combining experience with modern technologies. This position is for a long-term project with an American client in the automotive industry.

• 2–3 years of practical experience with SQL Server, especially with production data
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with large data volumes
• Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT processes
• Familiarity with SSMS
• Experience with diagnostic tools: SQL Profiler and Extended Events
• Ability to read and optimize query execution plans
• Experience in production environment
• Independence and responsibility for own tasks
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+ level

Nice to have:

• Experience with data migration or onboarding projects
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of Grafana
• Experience working with Claude Code

• Work with production data in a SQL Server environment
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries
• Support and improve ETL/ELT processes
• Work with large volumes of data
• Monitor processes and diagnose performance issues
• Use SQL Profiler and Extended Events for problem analysis
• Analyze execution plans and implement query optimizations
• Support data migration processes and deployments
• Collaborate with the Store Launch team on implementations
• Independently execute tasks and maintain work quality in production environment
