SAP CX (Sales & Serivce Cloud)- F/M

• Several years of experience with SAP CX / SAP C4C
• Good functional and technical knowledge of SAP Service Cloud
• Experience working with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud
• German language skills at B1/B2 level enabling daily client communication
• Independence, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in support and maintenance model

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other SAP Customer Experience solutions such as SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), and SAP Emarsys
• Familiarity with SAP IS-U

• Support and maintenance of SAP Service Cloud (Version 1)
• Handling service requests and incident management
• Work with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud modules
• Provide ongoing support to business users
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues
• Collaborate with clients and project teams in an international environment
• Communicate with clients in German
