Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Migration, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Data Quality Management
- At least 1 year of experience in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Experience in at least one full ERP implementation involving end-to-end data migration
- Ability to prepare, profile, and validate data
- Practical knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with Excel and/or Power Query
- Ability to read data models, mappings, and migration templates
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
Obowiązki
- Analyze data quality and assess readiness for ERP migration
- Prepare, clean, enrich, and transform migration data
- Map data between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA
- Support processes of harmonization, deduplication, and data standardization
- Profile, extract, and validate data using analytical tools and SQL
- Collaborate closely with business process owners, data experts, and IT teams
- Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in migration cycles including mock loads, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
- Verify migration results and reconcile data between systems
- Create migration documentation, data quality rules, and data management standards
- Support implementation and development of tools used in data migration
