DevOps Engineer (Azure AI / Agentic Platform)

Workai develops digital products for modern cloud-based work environments featuring AI technologies that support employees globally. The company is building one of the first implementations of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for corporate environments in Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of senior, leadership, or architectural experience in cloud solutions.
• Commercial experience in building scalable web applications and system integrations.
• Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or MLOps, including production environment deployment and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines or Azure ML CI/CD.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, and Azure SQL.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations via APIs like Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API, OAuth2, or OIDC.
• Experience building connectors, adapters, or integration layers.
• Knowledge of MCP / Model Context Protocol or similar contextual protocols and practical experience with ML/AI APIs in production.
• Good knowledge of microservice architecture, API management, and cloud services in enterprise systems.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures including context isolation, resource management, and access policies in SaaS environments.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
• Passion for technology and awareness of trends in cloud, AI, and agentic systems.
• Experience in building Enterprise SaaS applications.
• Strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Attention to detail, solution quality, and system stability.
• Proficiency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+) in speaking and writing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Białystok or surroundings: minimum 3 days weekly onsite and maximum 2 days remote.
• Higher technical education, preferably in computer science or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with conversational and dialog models including fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering for LLM, especially AI assistants.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs in roles related to connector, adapter, or MCP integration development.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems designed for enterprise environments.
• Azure certifications such as Developer Associate / AZ-204, Solutions Architect Expert / AZ-305, or equivalent.
• Experience in AI model evaluation, experiment design, and ML model quality assessment.

• Work with cloud computing, system integration, and software development in the context of an AI-native platform.
• Design and maintain Microsoft Azure environments foundational for MCP Graph Broker development.
• Configure and validate multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms to ensure stable and scalable R&D solutions.
• Co-create Security & Reliability Framework for MCP, one of the first solutions of its kind for enterprise environments.
