Senior Data & AI Analyst

• 5+ years experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
• Expert proficiency in SQL with experience on modern cloud data platforms, preferably with Databricks.
• Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing best practices, dimensional modeling (star schema), and ETL/ELT processes.
• Practical experience with LLM-based AI tools such as Claude and principles of conversational AI including quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of data governance and familiarity with data cataloging tools like Atlan.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently, including roadmaps and PoCs.
• Fluency in both Polish and English languages.

• Responsible for the entire analytical lifecycle of the solution, from defining business requirements and testing logic to ensuring successful release and adoption.
• Build and refine mechanisms to measure the quality of AI responses including defining metrics and curating Q&A datasets for fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and implement data models (star schema), propose data quality checks, and support deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders by translating needs into technical requirements and presenting AI capabilities internally.
• Lead and validate Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects for new AI use cases.
• Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to the AI stack, including LLMs (e.g., Claude), BI connectors, and integrated tools.
