ORLEN S.A. is a modern international corporation operating in the mazowieckie region (cities: Warszawa, Płock).

• Higher education (preferred fields: computer science, economics, management, or related)
• Several years of experience working with the SAP HR/HCM system covering payroll, training, or employee development areas
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholder groups
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Good knowledge of HR and payroll functionalities and processes, as well as HR system maintenance and development
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Communicative English language skills enabling cooperation with suppliers and use of technical documentation
• Effectiveness in action and business responsibility
• Orientation towards continuous development and ability to learn from different perspectives

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the ABAP programming language to analyze, diagnose problems, and collaborate with programmers
• Experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, or SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Familiarity with integration issues using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or other integration platforms

• Develop and maintain IT solutions based on SAP in HR areas such as payroll, training, and employee development
• Analyze business processes and prepare functional and technical requirements for IT solutions supporting HR
• Design and implement new functionalities in the SAP system according to organizational process standards
• Participate as a member or coordinator in IT projects
• Collaborate with IT solution suppliers, including defining requirements, supervising work, and accepting delivered solutions
• Prepare analytical, design, and post-implementation documentation and guidelines for developer teams
• Cooperate with business areas, especially HR departments, to identify needs and optimize processes
• Collaborate with consultants of other SAP modules on solutions and cross-module integration

The data administrator is Orlen S.A. based in Płock.
