UI/UX/CX Consultant

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in development, implementation, and support of IT solutions, working for a significant Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI or UX/CX
• Experience designing web or mobile applications
• Experience in digital projects executed in Agile environments
• UX skills: User Flow Design, Information Architecture, Wireframing, prototyping, User Centered Design, self-service process design
• CX skills: Customer Journey Mapping, client experience analysis, designing multichannel communication in digital processes
• UI skills: very good knowledge of Figma, Design Systems, Responsive Design
• Ability to conduct workshops and present solutions and recommendations
• Independence and proactivity

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial sectors
• Knowledge of customer service and Contact Center processes
• Experience designing chatbots and voicebots and knowledge of AI supporting customer communication
• Experience in UX research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
• Knowledge of WCAG
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Designing and optimizing customer experience across the claims handling service path (CX)
• Creating and developing Customer Journey Maps and recommending improvements
• Designing omnichannel experiences: Contact Center, Client Portal, mobile application, email, SMS, outgoing documents
• Designing user flows, user scenarios, and self-service paths (UX)
• Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Designing user interfaces and high-fidelity mockups (UI)
• Co-creating and developing the Design System and maintaining visual consistency across channels
• Designing solutions compliant with digital accessibility principles
• Participating in Discovery and Inception workshops, usability tests, and co-creating product backlog
• Collaborating with Product Owners, business analysts, architects, and development teams
