Senior QA Architect (Verification Engineer)

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes with AI and supports IT specialists developing their careers in a B2B model. They offer projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation sectors. The client project is a web application developed following a specification-first model, with architecture managed by a Platform Owner. The work location is hybrid in Warsaw with the potential to shift to fully remote.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of test architecture, including property-based testing and mutation testing.
• Ability to read and modify code in the Rust programming language (expert knowledge not required).
• Proficiency with AI agents supporting coding or ability to learn them within two weeks.
• Critical and skeptical thinking mindset with thorough verification of what tests and metrics actually measure.
• Very good written English skills allowing for documentation creation and precise communication.

• Implement and develop automated gates that enforce architectural assumptions at each commit.
• Build structural barriers to prevent accidental deployment of faulty solutions to production.
• Integrate and optimize verification gates within CI/CD pipelines.
