The company maintains and monitors over 30,000 cameras across ten states supporting approximately 45,000 residential units.

• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Residency in Poland
• Knowledge of computer skills or equivalent education
• Previous experience with on-site security and report writing
• Diligent, alert, and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills and patience with various audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and OS navigation
• Basic computer software skills including burning info to DVDs
• Comfortable in dynamic, changing environments
• College degree preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new software tools such as Network Video Management Systems (NVMS)
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Team player

• Basic computer network knowledge regarding IPs and subnets
• Configure and administer user privileges for CCTV accounts
• Use TeamViewer functions and remote access
• Constantly monitor surveillance cameras from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday to Wednesday
• Report findings to site security, company security, and NYPD
• Enforce company policies and identify tenant violations
• Maintain professional relationships with security personnel and PD
• Act as the eyes for the security department to ensure tenant safety
• Maintain company property and supplies, including tools
