Administrator RabbitMQ

Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries, helping them scale teams and build modern products. The project involves maintaining and developing the asynchronous communication layer in a distributed system for the public sector. The architecture is based on an Event-Driven approach using a message bus.

• Minimum one year of commercial experience administering RabbitMQ message queuing systems
• Experience managing architecture and implementing RabbitMQ clusters
• Ability to configure and maintain high availability and replication in production
• Experience configuring message routing, flow logic, routing keys, matches, and queue policies
• Ability to configure security access and monitor RabbitMQ
• Experience optimizing performance and diagnosing transmission problems
• Ability to ensure RabbitMQ broker stability and minimize message delays

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating RabbitMQ with applications developed in Java or .Net
• Knowledge of alternative streaming and queuing platforms such as Apache Kafka
• Experience deploying RabbitMQ in Kubernetes environments (RabbitMQ Cluster Operator)
• Ability to build CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure configuration

• Manage RabbitMQ clusters including scalability, security, and performance
• Configure and maintain high availability and data replication in production environments
• Configure message routing, flow logic, routing keys, matches, and queue policies
• Configure security access and monitor RabbitMQ system operation
• Optimize performance and diagnose message transmission issues
• Ensure broker stability and minimize message transmission delays
