Salesforce QA Engineer

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of implementing and testing complex Salesforce service processes.
• Proven experience with Service Cloud, Field Service or similar solutions.
• Expertise with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) and API testing.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Agile mindset.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of HVAC or manufacturing industry processes.

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools compatible with Salesforce, such as Selenium and Provar.
• Monitor test execution, report defects, and track quality metrics to support continuous process improvements.
• Assist in release management and deployment validation.
• Write and update platform documentation to improve QA standards.
• Conduct stakeholder trainings and product demos.
• Participate in agile development cycle and foster continuous learning culture.
