Backend Developer (Java, Python, Azure)

• Experience in backend application development with Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Python and openness to use it in projects
• Experience with any public cloud and willingness to develop skills in Azure
• Ability to work in Agile environment
• Knowledge of good software development and testing practices
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model in Kraków

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial or regulated environments
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting software development like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
• Practical knowledge of GenAI, LLM, RAG, or AI agents

• Develop and maintain backend services
• Create and integrate APIs
• Design and implement new functionalities
• Collaborate with the project team in Agile methodology
• Participate in technical analysis and design decisions
• Develop solutions using cloud and AI tools
• Ensure code quality, testability, and stability
