Product Owner/ Product Manager

Ness Solution is looking for a Product Owner/Product Manager responsible for product development according to customer needs, business goals, and the capabilities of the technology team, coordinating development from needs identification to implementation and analysis.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager in IT products.
• English language proficiency at least B2.
• Highly developed communication skills for clear requirement formulation and decision justification.
• Ownership attitude with responsibility for product and tasks end to end.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs and managing release scope, including MVP and iterations.
• Ability to prepare and coordinate product implementation including communication, training, and post-launch support.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Practical knowledge of product management and collaboration tools, especially Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the air transport/ATM industry.
• Practical use of AI tools (summaries, syntheses, workshop materials).
• Certifications such as PMA, PSPO.
• Experience with products for demanding users (e.g., operational users).

• Creating and implementing vision and strategy for product development.
• Identifying user needs and translating them into product requirements.
• Preparing, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog.
• Defining goals, scope, and acceptance criteria for new functionalities.
• Collaborating with IT, UX/UI, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Planning and conducting product work following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of priorities.
• Analyzing data on product usage, user behavior, and business outcomes.
• Verifying implementation results and initiating optimization actions.
• Preparing product documentation and communicating decisions to stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensuring product coherence and development according to organization goals.
