ITFS is the company offering this position. The job location is hybrid in Warsaw, Poland, with work twice a week onsite.

• Experience in planning and conducting qualitative research (individual interviews, usability tests) and quantitative research (surveys)
• Knowledge of applications used for conducting tests and surveys
• Experience working with corporate client segments
• Experience in electronic banking usability testing

• Organization and execution of surveys and tests with customer participation
• Recruiting participants for interviews
• Identifying issues and recommending improvements
• Providing research and test results along with recommendations to optimize solutions for corporate clients
