IT Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager

ITFS is the hiring company. The position is based in Katowice and involves working in a hybrid model (3 days per week at the client's office).

• Several years of professional experience in IT, including managerial or leadership roles responsible for strategic IT initiatives
• Practical knowledge of corporate architecture (Enterprise Architecture)
• Experience in creating, developing, and implementing IT strategy linked to business goals
• Experience in leading or coordinating IT projects, programs, and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience managing a team of IT specialists
• Strong knowledge of current technologies, IT architecture, and trends related to digitization and technological transformation
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and solutions
• Experience collaborating with business units and translating business needs into technological development directions
• Understanding of communication and collaboration principles within large organizations
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability for analytical thinking, decision-making, and change management
• Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication in speech and writing
• Higher education at master’s level

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with the organization's business goals
• Define technological development directions and oversee corporate IT architecture in TAURON Group
• Initiate and coordinate key digital transformation and new technology projects
• Monitor strategic IT programs, projects, and initiatives and recommend solutions to support organizational growth
• Build technological synergy between group companies and collaborate with IT units, business, and management

• The position requires working in Katowice in a hybrid model 3 days a week at the client's office
• Cooperation is via B2B contract with ITFS, without paid leave
