Senior Java Developer

The position is within the banking industry, focusing on fraud management applications to enhance the bank's fraud monitoring capabilities through real-time data processing.

• Strong experience with server-side Java development (Java EE, Spring Boot).
• Expertise in web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with Kafka as a messaging technology.
• Performance analysis and optimization skills.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle or similar) and SQL.
• Knowledge of microservices and integration patterns.

Nice to have:

• Experience with containers on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS PaaS services, such as Lambdas.

• Develop applications in Java for the Fraud Management Domain.
• Work collaboratively within a scrum team.
• Design solutions and ensure maintainability.
• Implement and sustain near real-time data pipelines.
• Engage with product owners and stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
• Document designs and solutions effectively.
