IT Project Manager / Managerka

MS POS Poland Sp. z o.o. conducts digital transformation and business process optimization for clients by implementing ERP, POS, and CRM systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The company operates with Agile methodologies and invests in employee skill development. The team consists of architects, consultants, and developers experienced in delivering client-driven solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the IT industry
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodology
• Openness to new tools and technologies; curiosity and readiness to develop
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 systems

Nice to have:

• Experience in the ERP area

• Plan and direct the execution of large IT projects
• Manage projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
• Monitor and control project tasks
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Coordinate work of project team members including internal specialists and external suppliers
• Manage project risks and changes
• Prepare and update project and related documentation
• Collaborate with all company departments in designing and implementing IT development tasks
