• Experience with Java
• Experience with infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with systems like JBilling, Metronome, or similar billing platforms
• Experience with payment integration (e.g., Stripe, Braintree)
• Strong technical experience enabling the introduction of good standards and best practices within the team
• Proficiency in Polish and English allowing fluent communication in speech and writing

Nice to have:

• Experience with Git / GitHub, GitHub Actions / CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

• Design and develop backend applications based on Java
• Migrate the billing system from JBilling (legacy) to Metronome
• Develop payment functionalities, including migrating payment processing from Braintree to Stripe
• Build mechanisms for client subscription sales, invoicing, and tipping flow
• Build and maintain services deployed on GCP infrastructure
• Write and maintain unit tests following best practices
• Design and propose solutions to optimize the software
• Write clean, high-quality code
• Support the introduction of good standards and best practices in the team
• Support raising the qualifications of other team members
• Actively participate in application development and collaborate with the team on functionalities and solutions
