Wymagania
Required:
- Engineering or deeply technical product background such as Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, Observability Engineer, Solution Architect, Data Engineer, or Technical Product Owner.
- Experience shaping enterprise-grade, data-intensive infrastructure or observability products, including discovery, functional design, roadmap ownership, and delivery.
- Strong technical depth in cloud and distributed systems, APIs, telemetry pipelines, metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, and SLOs.
- Proven ability to define functional product architecture, detailed specifications, user journeys, non-functional expectations, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong plus:
- Hands-on or design experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, LogScale, Loki, Tempo, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Observability.
- Deep familiarity with SRE practices and the operations value chain.
- Experience designing telemetry schemas, correlation identifiers, topology-aware integrations, distributed tracing, API-driven platforms, and multi-tenant systems.
- Experience with product discovery, journey mapping, service design, usability testing, or self-service design.
- Familiarity with ITIL 4 monitoring, event management, incident management, and problem management.
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe PO/PM, PSPO, SRE, cloud, or OpenTelemetry engineering certifications.
Obowiązki
- Own end-to-end functional design across telemetry ingestion, real-time monitoring, dashboards, synthetic monitoring, RUM, alerting, and SLO management.
- Own the capability roadmap translating product strategy, SRE needs, and competitive landscape into clear deliverables.
- Lead technical discovery with SREs, operations teams, platform engineers, application owners, and architects.
- Define rigorous product requirements including functional specifications, user journeys, telemetry and integration needs, non-functional expectations, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Guide engineering design on APIs, telemetry models, integration patterns, scalability, security, and extensibility.
- Enable topology integration to map telemetry signals to topology and service context and support topology discovery.
- Create a coherent product experience ensuring consistent concepts, workflows, and self-service patterns benchmarked against leading observability platforms and SRE practices.
- Assure functional quality and measurable value matching design intent to contribute to SLO coverage, incident detection, MTTR, automation readiness, and user satisfaction.
