Senior PLM Solution Specialist

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Senior PLM Solution Specialist to join their Mechanical Engineering PLM team. The role focuses on the Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform within hardware/product development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE
• Strong understanding of PLM processes within hardware/product development
• Experience translating business requirements into use cases and solution requirements
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Experience working closely with both business and development teams
• Experience in solution validation and testing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Teamcenter experience
• Experience from large-scale PLM transformation programs
• Experience from automotive industry
• Experience working in global organizations
• Experience with change management and user adoption
• Minimum 5 years of PLM experience, preferably 5+ years within PLM and 3+ years with 3DEXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

• Collaborate with business representatives within hardware development
• Capture and refine requirements and use cases
• Support solution design discussions within 3DEXPERIENCE
• Validate solutions against business needs
• Plan and execute testing activities
• Coach and support team members learning 3DEXPERIENCE
