Virtual Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d)

Commodity Battery Cell Prep & Assy is a section within Manufacturing Engineering developing and implementing quality-assured, flexible, and effective production systems across battery plants focused on the Cell-to-Pack (CtP) battery architecture. The section works cross-functionally and project-oriented, supporting Production Plants and car programs globally.

• At least 5 years of experience in process design for body or battery shop (cell to pack).
• Experience in product design for manufacturing (DFA/DFM).
• Skilled in Siemens Teamcenter and Process Simulate.
• Experience in robot offline programming beneficial.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Technical education at university level or equivalent experience.
• Structured way of working and good documentation skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Self-driven, result oriented, and flexible.

• Contribute to the development of production systems.
• Implement product and manufacturing processes globally.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives within the Manufacturing Engineering organization.
• Ensure manufacturing attributes are met efficiently.
• Support the engineering team with technical solutions.
