Data Analyst

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical datasets
• Experience using Python for data analysis
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Understanding of statistics and analytical thinking in business contexts
• Ability to independently lead analytical topics and collaborate across teams
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of experimentation techniques for validating product or business changes
• Focus on identifying opportunities and solutions that improve user experience, e-commerce performance, and business results

Nice to have:

• Experience working with data influencing product or business decisions
• Exposure to e-commerce metrics like conversion, AOV, churn, CAC/LTV
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or reviewing analytical work
• Familiarity with modern data stacks or analytics engineering concepts

• Lead analytical topics end to end, from problem definition to actionable recommendations
• Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and interpreting results
• Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical models
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data context and translate ideas into measurable changes
• Define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics
• Improve and automate reporting processes where applicable
• Ensure data quality and apply statistical thinking in business contexts
