Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android)

• 5+ years developing commercial mobile applications on iOS and/or Android
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
• Advanced experience with native mobile development technologies, including Swift and Kotlin
• Experience with Objective-C and/or Java is a plus
• Knowledge of native mobile frameworks, libraries, application architecture patterns, and best practices
• Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Proficient understanding of Git and modern mobile software workflows
• Experience contributing to code reviews, architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and outputs

Nice to have:

• Proficiency with continuous integration and deployment for mobile apps
• Experience with application performance, memory profiling, monitoring, and optimization tools
• Familiarity with mobile platform design principles, interface guidelines, push notifications, and platform services
• Ability to work quickly to deliver customer value
• Strong attention to detail for clean, maintainable, extensible mobile experiences
• Commitment to collaboration, feedback openness, and sharing technical knowledge

• Design, develop, and deploy features across core iOS and Android applications
• Lead code reviews and architectural reviews for mobile features
• Ensure performance, quality, stability, and responsiveness of mobile applications
• Collaborate with product management to deliver valuable mobile experiences
• Execute high-velocity experiments and A/B tests to improve outcomes
• Stay current with platform capabilities, growth tools, personalization technologies, and industry standards
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, defects, and technical issues
• Develop and maintain code quality standards and consistent engineering practices
• Introduce architectural improvements and refactor existing code
• Write and maintain automated tests at appropriate architectural levels
