Senior Black Ops Engineer

Group Technology at Nordea drives the bank's transformation by providing a holistic technological view to enable the Customer Vision and Business Strategy. The Black Ops team supports stakeholders working on the Internal Developer Platform, assisting developers and handling complex situations where expectations fail reality.

• Experience with Spring Boot, NodeJS, and Java development
• Strong Linux and Windows system administration skills, including virtual, cloud, or containerized environments
• Continuous Integration and Deployment experience using tools like Tekton, ArgoCD, Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible, in cooperation with GIT/Bitbucket
• Familiarity with container-based architecture and infrastructure solutions using Docker and Kubernetes

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of Groovy
• Experience with Vibe coding

• Assist on the Agentic AI rollout towards development teams to refactor legacy code for current strategy-supported platforms
• Build Continuous Integration and Deployment systems to support end-to-end pipelines for developers and teams
• Collaborate in a highly technical environment to find optimal customer solutions while reducing legacy
• Develop DevOps culture within Service Domains and prepare them to operate independently
• Collaborate with developers to maximize the benefits of the Agentic AI solution and provide feedback for improvement
