Senior Fullstack Developer (Java)

• Very good knowledge of Java with at least 7 years of commercial experience.
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA.
• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka.
• Very good knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Angular.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices.
• Experience in designing and implementing REST API.
• Experience in creating unit and integration tests.
• Ability to use AI tools supporting the software development process.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 1 day per week from the office).
• Provision of services from the territory of Poland.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Playwright.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ and ElasticSearch.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of IT Security topics.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience mentoring developers or acting as a Technical Leader.

• Build and develop systems in microservice and monolithic architectures supporting damage reporting and processing.
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems.
• Participate in system solution design and implement functional and non-functional requirements.
• Improve business processes by delivering efficient and scalable IT solutions.
• Ensure high software quality through automated tests, engineering best practices, and code quality care.
• Actively use AI tools and Agentic AI approaches in requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews using modern tools supporting code quality and security.
• Participate in scrum events and collaborate in a multidisciplinary agile team.
• Co-create software development and AI usage standards.
• Collaborate daily with a team focused on knowledge exchange, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions for high-scale and high-transaction-volume systems.
