AI Tech Lead

• Over 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years designing AI and cloud solution architectures
• Practical experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent solutions
• Excellent knowledge of Python
• Experience designing scalable and secure distributed architectures
• Knowledge of API, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous integration
• Experience with cloud, infrastructure automation, and FinOps / LLMOps
• Conducting code reviews, providing technical mentoring, and architectural workshops
• Ability to co-create technology roadmaps and assess risks
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic SDLC
• Knowledge of DDD
• Experience in multi-cloud environments
• Experience in AI Governance and defining AI standards
• Experience with insurance or business-critical systems

• Design architecture for AI solutions and their integration with business systems
• Define integration standards between the AI platform and organizational systems
• Create architectural concepts and feasibility analyses for AI initiatives
• Set development direction for AI solutions and ensure compliance with corporate architecture
• Coordinate development teams and review technical solutions
• Oversee security, scalability, observability, and compliance of AI solutions
• Hands-on development and support during development, deployment, and stabilization
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentoring, and co-create AI standards
