Product Manager ds. robotyki i rozwiązań autonomicznych (m/k/d)

Signal Group sp. z o.o. operates in the modern technologies sector and has over 34 years of market presence. The role involves developing a new product area focused on robotics and autonomous solutions, cooperating with global manufacturers and evaluating technological potentials for Polish and foreign markets.

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing or launching products, services, or new business areas in a technological environment.
• Experience with technology products combining hardware and software or solutions in IoT, AI, automation, electronics, or related areas.
• Ability to independently analyze new markets and prepare business recommendations.
• Capability to evaluate product potential both technologically and commercially.
• Ease in conducting discussions with technology manufacturers, business clients, and technical teams.
• Experience preparing analyses, business cases, presentations, and product concepts.
• Very good English proficiency enabling cooperation with foreign technology manufacturers.
• Independence, initiative, and readiness to build a new product area from scratch.

Nice to have:

• 3–5 years of experience in technology product development or business development.
• Experience in service robotics, humanoid robots, or autonomous solutions.
• Experience cooperating with foreign manufacturers.
• Experience in conducting pilots, PoCs, or introducing new technological products.
• Knowledge of B2B sales models, Device-as-a-Service, or Robot-as-a-Service.
• Basic understanding of API integration, cloud systems, and remote device management.
• Use of AI tools in daily work.

Analiza rynku i technologii:

• Analyze global markets for humanoid, service, and autonomous robots.
• Identify manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Assess available solutions regarding functionality, implementation, integration, service, and business potential.
• Analyze competition and sales and commercialization models.

Budowanie współpracy z producentami:

• Establish and develop collaborations with manufacturers and technology partners.
• Conduct negotiations on cooperation terms, implementations, and partnership development.
• Evaluate cooperation quality, service availability, and technical support.

Rozwój produktu i modelu biznesowego:

• Identify industries and applications where robots bring significant business value.
• Prepare product offer concepts, sales models, implementations, and maintenance.
• Create analyses, business cases, and recommendations supporting new product area development.

Pilotaże i pierwsze wdrożenia:

• Coordinate tests, demos, PoCs, and first commercial implementations.
• Collaborate with technical, software, service, and sales teams.
• Translate customer and supplier needs into product and implementation requirements.
