Pretty Soon is an indie games publisher focused on supporting solo developers and small teams. The company operates in Warsaw with a hybrid work model at the Nowy Świat office.

• Confidence and instinct in testing efficiently and presenting results concisely.
• Pro-active attitude towards work.
• Tech-savvy and ability to independently set up and maintain test environments.

Nice to have:

• General knowledge of game ecosystems.
• Experience with compliance testing (CQA).
• Knowledge of the Polish language.
• Active interest in indie games and understanding of their common issues.
• Experience in instrumenting playtests to inform about game usability and accessibility.

• Assure the quality of the games published by conducting testing and reporting.
• Provide concise and actionable feedback on game quality.
• Maintain and set up individual test environments.
• Handle occasional technical requests from developers or colleagues without panic.
