Business Analyst

Infolet supports IT leaders by delivering technology, experts, and full operational support including legal work and stay permits for international IT specialists. The company has 20 years of experience and works on projects involving specialists in Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, and others.

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Ability to create and manage business requirements and user stories
• Experience analysing business processes, customer journeys, or product functionality
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment
• Experience working closely with both business and technology teams
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements usable by technical teams
• Experience supporting solution design, testing, and implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills including experience with senior stakeholders
• Very good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, markets, and business areas

• Experience working within Data Change Management, data transformation, or data-related programmes
• Experience supporting business readiness, adoption, and training
• Knowledge of RACI and change governance frameworks
• Experience working closely with Solution Architects

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, stakeholder discussions, and process observation
• Analyse and document business requirements, user stories, and requirements catalogues
• Analyse customer journeys, business processes, and product functionality to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Work closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure project delivery alignment with the wider change portfolio and strategy
• Cooperate with Solution Architects and IT teams to support technical analysis and solution definition
• Translate business requirements and user stories into solution designs together with business and technology teams
• Support projects throughout the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering and analysis through design, testing, implementation, and deployment
• Coordinate and track testing activities and outcomes
• Support implementation and business readiness, including training, RACI definition, and adoption activities
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and senior management across different markets and business areas
• Support project governance ensuring decisions and changes are documented and communicated
• Provide leadership within projects by setting expectations and monitoring delivery progress
