Regular/Senior Concept Artist

One More Level is a game development team with over 70 people, creating fast and action-packed games. They created Ghostrunner and Ghostrunner 2, which was nominated for Game Awards. The team aims to create unique and bold games challenging AAA productions in audiovisual quality, emphasizing team spirit, shared vision, and transparency.

• Ability to create concept graphics in both 2D and 3D.
• Good design skills of mechanical/hard surfaces.
• Excellent illustration skills with an eye for color, composition, and design.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and strong ability to learn new tools.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Blender, Max, or Maya.
• Willingness to work from the office.

Nice to have:

• Passion for creating games and knowledge of current market trends.
• 2+ years of experience in creating high-quality concept art.
• Experience in projects developed using Unreal Engine 4/5.

• Creating concept art of characters, surroundings, and objects within specific time frames.
• Collaborating with creative leads and teammates to craft and communicate artistic vision for environments, characters, props, VFX, and game mood.
• Creating high-quality concepts for all stages of game development from early visual exploration to final materials.

Working from the office is required.
