Senior Java Developer (AI & LLM) (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in building systems mainly for clients from financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support client recruitment via body leasing. The company has extensive experience with large, complex projects used daily by millions of users. Most projects are long-term and primarily remote with occasional integration meetings. The team values honesty, trust, and good relationships working in smaller teams with mixed seniority levels.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Java and Spring Boot application development
• At least 1 year of experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production
• Practical knowledge of agent architectures (ReAct, MCP) and AI agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience with AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation of language model-based systems
• Ability to lead technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders
• Higher education degree in a STEM field

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement production solutions based on LLM and AI agent architectures (e.g., ReAct, MCP)
• Work with Spring AI, LangChain4j, LLM API integrations, embeddings, and vector databases
• Apply Specification-Driven Development practices
• Conduct technical workshops and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular
• Programming skills in Python or TypeScript
• Design and implement enterprise-class LLM integrations
