Product Owner (K/M)

Neontri is a company of over 120 people specializing in two areas: creating systems mainly in financial, banking, fin-tech, e-commerce sectors, often new projects or adding new functionalities; and supporting clients in recruiting specialists (bodyleasing).

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Experience creating and maintaining product vision and roadmap
• Experience working on large projects in banking/retail or e-commerce (mandatory)
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility for creating new solutions
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication

• Defining and developing product vision according to business goals and user needs
• Managing product backlog, including prioritization and requirement refinement
• Close cooperation with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product requirements
• Collaborating with project teams during planning, implementation, and delivery of product iterations
• Setting priorities and making decisions about the scope of functionalities
• Formulating and accepting acceptance criteria for delivered product elements
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring timely achievement of agreed goals
• Analyzing data, user feedback, and business results for continuous product improvement
• Working with UX/UI designers, analysts, architects, and development teams on solution development
• Supporting deployment of new functionalities and assessing their business and user impact
• Identifying product risks and proposing mitigation actions
