Business - System Analyst

Scalo is a company delivering software projects and supporting its partners in business development across various IT services including technology consulting, software creation, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Higher education in IT or related field
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN tools
• Ability to work in a team and familiarity with Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Rest API
• Knowledge of SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect

• Realization of project concerning handling complaints of unauthorized transactions in an application
• Assisting in identifying and analyzing user requirements and translating them into user stories
• Supporting the team in creating and maintaining project documentation according to quality standards
• Participating in preparation of scenarios and test cases and supporting software testing
• Communicating with analysts and development team during software production process
• Involvement in the entire project lifecycle from requirements analysis to testing and implementation
• Assisting in refining the final version of the product in collaboration with the business team
• Supporting system analyses related to product and process construction, maintenance, and development
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability of documentation and requirements
• Working in hybrid model with visits to the Poznań office approximately once every three months
