Software Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves contributing to the development of next-generation Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) platforms for a leading investment bank, with a Kraków-based early-stage team.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hybrid software development and business analysis roles.
• Strong Java programming skills with knowledge of software lifecycle best practices.
• Familiarity with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) or OTC clearing business domains is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for working in globally distributed teams.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and domains.

• Design, build, and maintain robust and reusable Java services for risk calculation and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams in Asia, UK, and Poland across business and technology domains.
• Support the platform by resolving incidents, performing monitoring, and managing problems.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle including problem discovery, prototyping, design, and implementation.
• Actively contribute to Agile and DevOps culture to ensure continuous improvement and streamlined delivery.
