UAT Tester / Business Tester (K/M)

The company handles large, complex projects used by millions daily, emphasizing long-term and remote work arrangements with regular integration events.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business testing within the financial sector
• Experience with investment products, particularly investment funds (TFI) and structured deposits
• Proven ability to conduct independent UAT and End-to-End testing
• Knowledge of investment processes and regulations including MiFID II and AML
• Experience testing financial calculations and data verification
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
• Experience in data migration and system integration testing
• Ability to plan tests independently, report risks, and communicate effectively between business and IT

• Design and implement test scenarios based on actual business processes
• Execute End-to-End testing of investment product processes
• Verify financial calculations, data accuracy, and reports
• Identify and report defects including their business impact
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT teams
• Support decision-making regarding solution readiness for deployment
