They work on large, complex projects with millions of users, mostly long-term and remote, emphasizing trust and good relationships within small diverse teams.

• Experience in business and system requirements analysis
• Skills in business process analysis and modeling
• Ability to design APIs and data models
• Experience in data analysis and migration
• Competence in creating system and functional documentation
• Proficient in translating requirements into user stories and backlog management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence
