Pega Senior System Architect

Capgemini is a global partner of Pega specializing in digital transformation projects for large European and global clients across industries including logistics, public sector, and retail. The team develops low-code solutions on the Pega Infinity Platform and participates in both greenfield implementations and optimization of existing solutions. The position is available in Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, and Kraków.

• Pega CSSA certification
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing Pega applications with Pega Infinity Platform and Deployment Manager
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting using Pega Diagnostics Cloud
• Good command of SQL
• Good client-facing communication skills and agile work experience
• Good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with any Pega strategic application and/or DX API
• Java or JavaScript skills
• Good command of German

• Building Pega applications based on the Infinity Platform or strategic applications
• Cooperating with LSAs regarding architecture and functionalities
• Collaborating with LBAs and clients as a trusted advisor
• Mentoring or leading junior system architects (CSA)
• Ensuring delivery meets standards and incorporates latest Pega capabilities
