MDM Engineer

Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. is the employer, operating with a global infrastructure team supporting enterprise mobility and endpoint management services for global clients.

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE UEM environments.
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience managing device lifecycle processes, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, compliance policies, and identity integration technologies.
• Experience supporting BYOD, corporate-owned, and shared-device environments, focusing on security and user experience.
• Practical knowledge of application packaging, deployment, and mobile application lifecycle management.
• Experience working with ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, and Change Management, preferably using ServiceNow.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE environments to deliver secure and reliable endpoint management services.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle activities across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, including Conditional Access, compliance policies, and application protection policies.
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications, including packaging, distribution, updates, and store management.
• Support integrations and platform services such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Apple Business Manager (ABM), VPP, certificates, and Workspace ONE components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to device management, application deployment, compliance, access, and mobility services.
• Execute service requests and changes in line with operational procedures, security standards, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services in line with agreed service levels.
