Intern Product Designer (AI Prototyping)

MasterBorn is a company with a Product Design team working on international projects with a flat structure and small teams. The internship is remote or hybrid (Wrocław office available).

• Basic background in design with a portfolio (no commercial projects required)
• Basic knowledge of Figma
• Experience using AI to turn design ideas into prototypes (experimental projects acceptable)
• Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or Lovable
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Proactive attitude and openness to feedback
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Student status required
• Proficient in Polish (C1) and English (C1)

Bonus points if:

• Portfolio projects accessible by link
• Student or graduate of graphic design, product design, or similar
• Knowledge of UI or UX principles
• Experience in branding, marketing, or visual design disciplines
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Webflow, Jitter, Framer, Make (or alternatives)

• Work with mentors on real projects, experiencing the full design process from idea to execution
• Work on two different projects with two mentors (1.5 months per project)
• Receive onboarding, task assignments, progress support, and work reviews from mentors
• Join client meetings and present work with mentor support
• Perform meaningful design tasks beyond just support work
• Gain exposure to the scrum process and collaborate with developers and Product Owners
• Occasionally support marketing and internal company initiatives such as presentations
• Receive continuous feedback and support from the design team throughout the internship

The internship requires student status and specific language proficiency: Polish at C1 and English at C1 level.
