Remote Mid Full Stack Developer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience building and running cloud-native applications on Google Cloud.
• Working knowledge across stack: Go, Python, TypeScript, and Vue.
• Experience with AI-native workflows, using AI/agentic tools daily with good judgment.
• Strong architecture and system-design skills to create production-surviving solutions.
• Quality-first mindset with ability to spot AI mistakes and implement thorough testing.
• Good communication skills in English to explain and defend technical decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (GKE) in production.
• Experience mentoring or setting engineering standards for AI-assisted teams.
• Familiarity with domain-driven design or clean/hexagonal architecture.

• Design clean, scalable cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Use AI and agentic coding tools for development, critically reviewing and validating generated code.
• Implement guardrails such as tests, type safety, linting, and code review standards.
• Write and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end.
• Develop and ship features backend (in Go/Python) and frontend (in TypeScript/Vue).
• Own reliability and observability including logging, monitoring, and operational practices on GCP.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to make trade-offs and maintain codebase health.
