Project Manager

• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT sector with proven track record managing projects for external clients.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep projects on track.
• Quick to learn new ways of working while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects internally and for external clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during presales, contracting, and project initiation.
• Coordinate the transition from sales to project delivery ensuring alignment on scope, expectations, requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support PMO activities including project governance, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation actions ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Support portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and maintained project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage qualified client opportunities through presales and contracting processes.
