Senior Business Analyst – Automotive

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Excel and MS Word
• Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills
• Automotive industry knowledge or experience: 2–4 years
• Knowledge of automotive terminology, including B2B and fleet systems and processes
• Strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken Polish and English

• Handle large volumes of data and files when required
• Understand business processes within the project scope
• Prepare and run standard and ad hoc reports in cooperation with the client
• Manage business-related email communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform administrative and office-related tasks connected with in-scope activities
• Create and update procedures and instructions for supported processes
• Support back-office sales processes, including issuing invoices and other documents
• Communicate with dealers regarding B2B sales and direct sales
• Coordinate with logistics teams and customers regarding deliveries of vehicles subject to direct sales
• Coordinate B2B back-office support activities
